HotelidH.com products,through these terms ,will be sold exclusively for Tour-operators and/or Travel Agencies .The access to this program is controled by HotelidH.com.
The Tour-operator or Travel Agency will have the possibility to reserve a hotel, excursions, to rent cars through HotelidH.com web site..
The following terms have been elaborated according to the rule n°04-02 from June 23rd 2004 on ruling effective to commercial practices.

ACCES TO WEB SITE
Access to this program is exclusivelly for Tour-operators and Travel Agencies .
The use of this program and any accomplished reservation on Web site www.HotelidH.com will involve the real acceptation of these terms by the Tour-operator or Agency.

ACCESS CODES :
- Access codes ( user name and password) to this program are chosen by the Tour-opeator or Travel Agency from its registraion.
- The used access codes to HotelidH.com are confidentials and proper to each Tour-operator or Agency .
-Every Tour-operator or Agency is directlly responsible of every reservation effectuated from its account. - For safety reasons , HotelidH.com has the right to interupt the access to Tour-operator or Agency in case of disturbance of the system .

USE OF THE WEBSITE
The Tour -operator or Agency has not the right to:
- Display , transmit or scatter any obscene difamatory or illegal information on Web site , or can cause any trouble for others.
- Make non -autorised wrong or fraudulent reservations .
- Use logiciel, or apparatus able to electroniqually or manually disturb the operation of reservation and or functionnalities of the Web site.
- Charge on the system files containing incorrect data or viruses.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS:
Before any reservation, you must first accept these conditions. You will not be able to validate your reservation if you have not first accept the conditions.
Results of your acceptance of the conditions :
- Your click means your acceptance of the conditions.
- Before continuing, we advise you to print or register a copy of these conditions.

RESERVATIONS
The communication of the reservation confirmation will be on HotelidH.com
Such a reservation confirmation will include:
-1- An accomodation voucher :
The voucher published by HotelidH.com must be signed by the Tour-operator or Travel Agency for the validation, and issued to the client ; it will include the details of the establishment (adress, details, hotel classification).
The details of the client (name and first name). The voucher will be directly published by the Tour-operator or Travel Agency, it must indicate the designed mention and payed by HotelidH.com
2- A Proforma invoice containing the payable amount by the Tour-operator or Travel Agency .
In case where the client is at the hotel with the voucher published by HotelidH.com while the reservation was canceled after confirmation, HotelidH.com considers such a reservation as null and the establishment must refuse the client.

The voucher must have the identification codes of the relating reservation .

THE PRISE
The prices applied by HotelidH.com are confidential and can't be divulged.
The prices proposed by the Tour-operator or Travel Agencies , for their clients, are free on their own markets.
Sales to other markets are possible by prior request and HotelidH.com authorisation.
The prices displayed on HotelidH.com are net prices (non- commissionable)
They contain :
- Hotels and other touristic establishements; the displayed prices are by room and nightt.
- Transferts et excursions : The cited prices are per person and per service.

-Car hire : The cited prices are per vehicle and per day

The cited prices on HotelidH.com are directly produced by the system. The Tour-operator or Travel Agencies will be charged acccording to the current price ; at the moment of online confirmation of the reservation and there is no possibility to claim any reduction in case of lowered price ( promotional offers).

The prices cited on HotelidH.com can be subject of modifications for the following reasons:
a) Variations of the foreign currency as for the exchange rate applied to reservations.
b) Duringan commercial fairs, special events or new specialconditions of the establishement.

THE PRICE INCLUDES
The price includes services mentioned in the reservation
In most hotel the earlier booking time is after 14:00 o'clock, and the late check-out time is 12:00 o'clock.
Any supplement or non- specified and consumed service in the reservation is payed by the client.
Transfers and excursions : The price is specified in special terms and applied conditions .
Car hire :The price is specified in special terms and applied conditions .
The Tour-operator or Travel Agency must inform HotelidH.com about numbers and flight schedule of their clients.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
- Any service not specified in the reservation.
- Taxes of the stay.
- Services of the hotel or the touristic establishment: additional services not included such as telephone , the insurance, laundry service , minibar, parking, etc. which is directly payed by the client.

CHILDREN
- Special terms for children agreed with each hote land they are not based on any criterion; as a consequence since every establishment aplied its own special or remission terms, we invit you to be informed by our client sercice during your reservation.
- The remissions or special terms are applied when children share a room with 2 adults.

THIRD PERSON
-The majority of hotels accept the third person with an additional bed in a double room. Consult the suplement or the remission applied for an adult additional bed , during your reservation.

MODIFICATION
The Tour-operator or theTravel agency will not be authorised to reduce the period of the reserved stay, but it has the right to change the name of clients.
CANCELLATION

For reservations :
- The cancellation fees and terms are proper to each hotel, you have the choice to consult when booking.
For the stay :
- The cancellations done 21 days before the client arrival do not imply cancellation fees.
- The cancellations done between 21 days and 15 days before the client arrival will imply cancellation fees reaching 25% of the stay amount.
- The cancellations done between 15 days and 07 days before the client arrival will imply cancellation fees reaching 50% of the stay amount.
- The cancellations done between 07 days and 00 days before the client arrival will imply cancellation fees reaching 100% of the stay amount.

For car hire :
- The cancellations done 07 days before the client arrival will not imply any cancellation fees.
- The cancellations done between 07 days and 00 day before the client arrival will imply cancellation fees reaching 100% of the stay amount.

IMPORTANT
- During the year,some tourist establishment can change their manes or the brand,those names are not interpreted as change of horelor modifications of the reservation.
- In some countries there is a tax called stay tax which must be payed for the establishment. The russian tourist tax must be payed by the client at the first hotel of the country where he arrives.
- The categories of the hotels are provided by the establishment themselves according to the regulations applied in each country. Services in a hotel in one country are not the same in another from another country even if both are from the same category.
- HOTELIDH.COM gives the information if there is any refurbishment or renovation in the establishment,information provided by the hotel.

HotelidH.com cancellations:
The Tour-operator or Travel Agency is responsable of the client good behaviour.
In case of indecent behaviour or any vandalism, HotelidH.com has the right to cancel all the reservations or the stay without any composation for the client.
The Tour-operator or Travel Agency will composate HotelidH.com for all physical degradation in the establishmen during the client stay.

PAYMENT METHOD
All services must be payed by the Tour-operator or Travel Agency for HotelidH.com at least 7 days before the client arrival, except of any prior alternative finatial arrangement ; for this a contact with the HotelidH.com commercial department must be established.

In case the periode of time between the reservation and the client arrival is less than 7 days, the payment will be verified after the reservation.
- The invoices must be totaly payed . No permited reductions by the Tour-operator or the Travel Agency

Any disagreement regarding the invoice must be communicated in detail to HotelidH.com within 20 days of stay.
- All disagreement submitted therafter will not be considered.
- Payments will be made in the currency that will appear on the invoice.
- Payment will be made either:
By bank transfer to the account of HotelidH.com (IDHTours).
After each transfer a copy of the transfer should be faxed to HotelidH.com
- By credit card ; each payment by credit card will be accompanied by an autorization for online payment. - In the case the credit is denied,HotelidH will inform the Tour operator or Travel Agency for the verification or change of card ; - If the card is not valid, HotelidH reserves the right to automatically cancel the reservation without changeor composation for the Tour operator or Travel Agency.

Concerning payment from foreign countries ,banks may apply orders in which we have no control,therefore HotelidH.com must be informed by the Tour operator or Travel Agency.

CONFIDENTIALITÉ DES DONNEES
The registration data and any other information relating to the client are considered and should be treated as confidential.. Any other information relating directly or indirectly to the contract is confidential. The Tour operato and Travel Agency undertake not to communicate confidential information only to its officers and employes to whom such information is absolutely necessary in carrying out their employment contract. The Tour operator and Travel Agency undertake that any of its officers ,employees and person that represent it is allowed to communicate confidential information whatever the reason. Any violationof this obligation of confidentiality by the Tour operator and Travel Agency may lead to the termination of the contract, without the capacity of the Tour operator and Travel Agency to claim any componsation. Therefore HotelidH reserves the right to communicate the personal information,by juditial authority order.

ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA
If HotelidH.com is bount to gain access to personal data which are strictly necessary to provide the services requested by the client,HotelidH and theTour operator or Travel Agency will ensure that it is legally possible..
All personal information that theTout operator or Travel Agency may disclose to HotelidH.comwil be understood,processed and with strict observation.
The Tour-operator orTravel Agency and HotelidH.com undertake to respect professional secrecy even in the event of termination of the contract andensure that their staff comply with the above obligation.
HotelidH.com ensures that data are legally stored and respond to the technical and security measures.
HotelidH.com may only disclose client information to third parties in order to complete the client reservation or for the purpose of associated administration.
In the case of offence against these commitments, the Tour operator or Travel Agency including its emplyees will be specifically and completely responsible and subject to administrative sanctions imposed by relevant authorities,but also responsible of all damage or loss made against HotelidH.com.

SECURITY OF SYSTEMS AND NETWORKS
- The Tour operator and Travel Agencies should not attempt to hack the system of authentification annd security,this includes access to servers or account for which the agencies have not been expressly authorised.
- Customers must not use the program,script command or send messages to interfere with other users,machines or networks.This includes saturation of the network.
- The security of passwords is the responsibility of the users.The Tour operator and Travel Agency should not share their password or account.
We reserve the right to remove any illegal material from our servers.
Customer sare responsible to update their information for billing. The provision of false information(including the frodulent use of of credit card or check) leads to the termination of the contract and the responsible may be subject to prosecution.

PROPERTY AND OTHER RIGHTS

PROPERTY
The Tour-operator or Travel Agency is committed to respect property and brand rights..
The elements you see and you read on the website are HotelidH.com property ,they are protected by a legislation relating to authors rights and image(order of 03/05 of July the19th 203 relating to authors rights and nearby rights).
You may not use,copy,reproduce ,distribute, modify,misrepresent or transmit the site or site elements such as texts ,images,sounds,or marks or logos without prior written HotelidH.com or the holders of rights..
Failure to comply with this prohibition may constitute an infrigement of rights,of intellectual property or infringe the persons rights ans such infrigement is includedin the context of criminal proceedings..

Responsability of the Tour operator and Travel Agency :
The Tour-operator or Travel Agency must provide the ultimate customer the following data:
- What is included and not included in the price of services.
- All extra services (meals,drink….).
- the rules and consequencies of a no show or a cancellation,cancellations and modifications but possible changes of hotel name.
- The possible existence of residence tax.
- All users without exception (childern included) must have their personal identity documents or passeport.
- The customer is solely responsible to give the required documentation of the foreing country such as the visa and residence formalities, HOTELIDH.COM will not be responsible of these charges and expences.
- The user will carry himself his luggages and personal belongings,or it is possible to pay a luggage holder. It is recommended to be present during the loading and the unloading of luggage.
- Concerning the trnasport of luggage by air,railway,sea, the general terms and conditions are those applied for transport companies. In the case of any damage or loss, the customer must make a request to the transport company.

RESPONSABILITY and DISCLAIMER of De HotelidH.com :
The information on this site is displayed in good faith, but HotelidH.com can not guaranree the inaccracies and typographical errors that may occur therefore HotelidH .com is not responsible of any error or omission on the site.
Hotel information and other services available on the HotelidH.com site are supplied the service provider, which means that HotelidH.com is not responsible for any incorrect information regarding the hotel.
HotelidH.com acts as an independent intermediate in the accomodation service and other tourism services,therefore HotelidH is not responsible for any injury,illness, damage,losses,accidents,thefts,delis or any other irregularity which may occur directly or indirectly in the hotel or other contracted suppliers ion this system.

Allocation of competences :
By the Algerian law,any contestation between the sides during the interpretation of this contract will be subject to suttlement in the commercial section of Tizi-Ouzou court.
